The Area:

The project is located in Neve Yaakov, which is the northernmost neighborhood of Jerusalem, a few minutes away from the major shopping area which the municipality is planning on changing to a large mall. There are plenty of public services in close proximity, including shuls, schools, medical services, public transportation, and the light rail which transverses Jerusalem will be passing by in the near future.

The local population has been predominantly elderly, with young couples moving in rapidly due to the relatively low price by Jerusalem standards.

 

The Project:

The building is a typically bland four story apartment building with 16 apartments, with potential to add 2.5 stories with 10-12 new apartments. The existing apartment owners will be getting an expansion of 25 sqm. and a sukka porch, besides a complete face lift to the whole building, including public service areas, garden design, and an elevator.

 

The project will be designed and supervised by the renowned architect Yitzchak Panet and the apartment owners will be represented by Itamar Roi’s law office.
