The Area:

The project is centrally located in one of the original neighborhoods of Rishon LeTzion. The neighborhood was originally built with typical four story apartment buildings with an area of private homes on its west, and is now undergoing renovation to six to seven story buildings. Within a few miles drive are highways 4 and 431 making it very accessible, with 2 major streets within walking distance for all shopping needs, entertainment, schools, and public transport. The population consists mainly of old timers and established families.

The Building:

The building is 4 stories with 2 entrances, 16 existing apartments.

2.5 floors will be added with 10 apartments.

All the apartments will have safety rooms added, a porch and a storeroom.

The public areas will get new service rooms (for waste, pumps, water reserve etc.), 10 new parking places will be designated, and the yard will be landscaped.
