The Area:

The project is located in the Rambam neighborhood, the largest neighborhood of Rishon LeTzion and one of the oldest. The area is replete with beautiful historical buildings from the beginning of the Jewish settlement, including the original winery built by Baron Rothschild in the 19th century, the first synagogue, and some of the first houses, besides housing the municipality, the open mall, and the central park.

The project is centrally located on a quiet street with access to main highways (1, 4, 44, 431), public transport and shopping.

The Building:

The building is 4 stories with 4 entrances, consisting of 32 existing apartments.

3 full floors will be added with 24 apartments.

All the apartments will have safety rooms added and a porch.

The public areas will get new fire protected stairways, new service rooms (for waste, pumps, water reserve etc.), 26 new parking places, and the yard will be landscaped.
